Dim Mount Stat Shuffle Stone (Non-tradable)

With this item you can shuffle the stats of one yellow mount from the Item Mall.
Visit NPC: Manny Stepton and select "Shuffle Mount Stats" to open the interface.

After using it your mount can obtain Lv.1 abilities.
There is a chance that shuffling the stats will yield the exact same stats.
If you use non-tradable and/or bound mounts and/or materials, the subsequent modified rare quality mount will be bound.
